  • Cosmo Kramer

    Cosmo Kramer is the CEO at Bitreel. is in strategy and operations within the retail and hospitality industries. Prior to Bitreel, Cos was a Senior Manager in Corporate Development at Tripadvisor, where he was involved in Tripadvisor’s push into the retail segment. Prior to Tripadvisor, he worked in finance and strategy for Hilton. Cosmo received his undergraduate degree from Monash University in Australia and holds an MBA from Georgetown. He’s also a CPA. At Bitreel, Cos is responsible for setting long term strategic initiatives and business development. He also brings deep experience in forming retail partnerships to the team.

  • Matt Thompson

    Matt Thompson is the CTO at Bitreel. Matt is a full-stack engineer and has a background in 3D Animation, graduating from the Center for Digital Imaging Arts at Boston University. He is focused on software development, including XR applications. Matt was a software engineer and project lead at ADK Group for several years where he managed teams of developers to build tools for enterprise customers as well as commercial apps. Matt oversees development initiatives at Bitreel and is oftentimes in the code himself pushing the boundaries of what is possible in XR.

  • Yuxuan Liu

    Yuxuan Liu is a Frontend Engineer at Bitreel. Yuxuan is a software engineer with a specialty in AR/VR. Yuxuan received his undergraduate degree in Software Engineering from Beijing University of Technology and a Master’s degree in Game Science and Design from Northeastern University. Yuxuan was a game designer at Tencent prior to joining Bitreel. At Bitreel, he is responsible for user-facing XR experiences, including Bitreel’s virtual showrooms and webXR development.

  • Xhonino Deda

    Xhonino Deda is a Backend Engineer at Bitreel. Xhon has spent his career in data and backend engineering as well as software and graphic design. Xhon is an expert at ETL processes and Python in addition to microservices and cloud databases. Prior to Bitreel, Xhon cofounded GoGoPlex and was a data engineer at Tech City. At Bitreel, Xhon is responsible for all backend processes include client data engineering as well as microserice automation and Bitreel’s flask application. Xhon is based in Albania.

  • Jonathan Cortes-Rodriguez

    Jonathan is the Lead Technical Designer at Bitreel. Jon is a Computational Designer (sometimes referred to as procedural artist / technical artist), which is a designer who harnesses and leverages algorithms, code and programming, 3D and 2D software, rendering, and computational thinking to allow for novel ways of creating or designing, and ultimately, unleashing the imagination. Prior to Bitreel, Jon worked across design industries (architecture, footwear, sculpture, product, etc.), gathering a plethora of exposure and experience for anything 3D and digital. This has allowed him to develop a background and skill set specializing in general 3D work, regardless of the end product.

  • Mikhail Kadilnikov

    Mikhail Kadilnikov is a Senior 3D Artist at Bitreel. Mikhail received a degree in Fine Art from Tula State University in 2012. Prior to joining Bitreel, he worked in the cultural heritage sector as a graphic designer making temporary exhibitions for Tula State Arms Museum as well as 3d modeling of the museum’s collection. At Bitreel, Mikhail is responsible for creating photorealistic 3d models for web, VR and AR, ensuring the model quality is as close as possible to its physical representation, while keeping 3D content optimized to run smoothly on devices for a better user experience.

  • Demos Parneros

    Demos Parneros is an experienced and innovative retail and e-commerce leader, helping Staples grow from a startup to a Fortune 100 company, serving as President of North American Retail and E-commerce businesses. He subsequently took on the role of CEO at Barnes & Noble, leading a focused transformation plan, which eventually led to the sale of the company.

    In addition to previously serving on several high-profile company boards, Demos now leads CityPark LLC, where he has invested in 15 companies, including several leading-edge retail technology startups.

  • Renu Chipalkatti

    Renu Chipalkatti was previously Head of Innovation at Verizon. She is a high energy, Fortune 20, executive with a history of launching new, disruptive business, and growing them to profitability. Track record for rethinking status quo and creating ground up transformation.

    Passionate about innovation, customer experience, and mentorship of women in tech business and STEM. Renu ran innovation at Verizon in her most recent role, reporting to the Head of Global Product, and has over 30 years of experience in the retail and technology industries.

  • Andrew Rollins

    Andrew Rollins is an Engineering Manager at Snap and a co-founder of Brink (active) and Localytics (active, sold to Upland Software). Former Fellow and Venture Partner at Sigma Prime Ventures ($115M venture capital fund).

    Former Microsoft Software Engineer. Extensive experience with petabyte-scale analytics, software engineering, cloud infrastructure, founding and scaling companies, and startup investing.

  • Enrica Ponzellini

    Enrica Ponzellini was formerly a Director at Prada and an editor at Italian Vogue. She received a diploma from the European School of Luxembourg and graduated with a degree in Political Science from Bologna University.

    Enrica began her career in Condé Nast as a fashion editor for Vogue Italia in 2006. In 2012, she became a Senior Editor for Vogue Gioiello. Enrica was the Director of Vogue Bambini and Vogue Sposa until September 2015.

  • Rajeev Surati

    Rajeev Surati is the Chairman and Founder of Scalable Display Technologies. Raj was the founder of Flash Communications - sold to Microsoft in 1999 as precursor to MSN Messenger service and Exchange IM.

    He was also the founder of Photo.net – the largest online photography community and one of the first photosharing websites, in 2000 it was a top 1000 website and was sold to NameMedia in 2007. Currently Raj is a Lecturer at Harvard Medical School.

  • Alan Boehme

    Alan Boehme is the Chief Technology Officer at H&M Group. He was previously SVP and Chief Technology Officer at Procter & Gamble and Global Chief Technology Officer at Coca-Cola. Alan is on the Board of Directors of the Cloud Security Alliance and services on the advisory board of multiple startups.

    Alan has extensive international and domestic experience in executive leadership and consultant roles. Recognized authority and frequent speaker on the strategic application of Information technology to drive revenue growth, service quality, improve production, and cost controls.
